We will utilize the many free advertising sites, post signs in high traffic areas as well as network with other agents and property management companies to quickly find you a tenant. For a small fee we will have your property advertised on OUR WEBSITE, as well as up to 100 other online rental search engines.

*The Fee charged for MLS service is 2.5% of the gross lease for the year. For example, if the rent listed was $2450.00 and another agent brings their client and the application is accepted, a commission in the amount of $882.00 would also be due to the other brokerage office. This will benefit you if your unit is rented within a few weeks, which is a small price compared to the loss of one month’s rent. If we rent your unit, there is no additional charge except for the negotiated monthly fee. We also offer tenant placement, which entails advertising on all sites and the MLS and qualifying the tenant for 6% of the gross lease, if you choose to rent to that tenant.
